In this video series, Chef Scott Royce of the Loyalist College Culinary program travels to Prince Edward County to meet with local producers, community partners, and recent graduates at their places of work.
Viewers will learn how to create dishes inspired by local produce, while gaining a better understanding of the process that goes into creating organic, sustainable cuisine. They will meet local restaurateurs, who discuss the region and identify how the Loyalist College Culinary program sets our grads up for success.
